Bedrock Beetles
Biography: I am 13 years old, and am going into eighth grade. I really like art and creating things. This is the second time I have put art in the show, last year I put in 3D printed insects, which I hung from a tree off the path. I would possibly like to be an art teacher, or do something in the art field when I get older.
Artist Statement: There is one mother beetle, who carefully and lovingly watches over her three children. These floating rocks are meant to rest in the water, in hopes that the wind and rain will improve their look and feel, making them fit in better with their natural habitat.
